Face the Nation is the third and final album by hip-hop duo Kid 'n Play. It was released on September 24, 1991 on Select Records and produced by Eric "Quicksilver" Johnson, Christopher "Play" Martin, Pete Rock and Hurby Luv Bug. This title of the last album was inspired by the CBS Sunday morning public affairs program of the same name.
The album was a critical and commercial failure, making it to #144 on the Billboard 200 and #27 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. However, it featured the hit single "Ain't Gonna Hurt Nobody", which made it to #1 on the Hot Rap Singles and #51 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was one of the few Select Records albums to have major-label distribution.
